Congratulations to our Fit Coach of the Week, Sara Nall.

Sara is a 29 year old mother of 2 from Texas. She is also a full time student and manager of a Cinema/Movie Theater. She stated that she have a very full plate and always made excuses when the answer was pretty simple, make herself get up early! Her husband is very supportive of her journey and encourages her every chance he gets.They will be going on a cruise next month and Sara hopes to be in the 150’s by the time they leave. Here is her story:

This isn’t a picture that anyone really wants to see, but this is reality…..my reality. A couple of years ago, my weight peaked at 192 pounds. I always told myself that I was going to lose the weight after I had my 2 kids, but something always stopped me. I made excuses and would only workout for about a week and stop. When I stepped in the scale and saw how close I was to 200 pounds, it hit me that the only way I was going to get comfortable and confident in my own skin was to bust my butt and work to lose what I had gained. I started by finding a running app on my phone, and it helped, but I wanted to tone also. That’s when a friend introduced me to BeachBody. I bought the 21 Day Fix January of this year, but didn’t really commit until July. I have completed 21 Day Fix, Focus T25, The Ultimate Reset And tomorrow I will begin (again) The Shift Shop. So far I have lost 30 pounds and a lot of inches. Some days it’s hard, especially around the holidays, but I am picking myself back up and getting back on the wagon! Can’t wait to see what the future holds.
